The visual concept was built on a grid system, providing a sense of clarity and structure, while allowing space for subtle abstraction. This approach fits the report’s detailed content and helps keep the layout clear and easy to follow.
Design elements draw inspiration from the constantly evolving nature of serious and organised crime. A restrained yet modern visual language reflects the shifting ‘DNA’ of criminal structures: destabilising, nurtured online and acceleration by AI.
